Gye-Nyame Steaming Journey V

This dish is a combination of dandelion greens, cabbage, asperagus, beansprouts, onions and garlic. Then i seasoned to taste (salt peper, herbal seasoning, braggs aminos, apple cider vinager, and a touch of turbinado sugar). Adding more herbs to my diet to ward of mosquitos as my journey takes me out to the woods this year. Don't know if i will performing hambalacha this year but just in case added rosemary, as well.
For those new to the journey i am trying to get to eating more healthy foods along with changing a few other practices . Give a try steaming a good way to eat.
