At this moment I am re-planning the training and You will be receiving notice of the location and the time for the new start date.  This event  reminded me of one of the major lessons of SelfMastery, being able to take what seems like an obstacle and transforming (alchemy at its most basic level) it into an opportunity. for those that do not know what happened. The venue was double booked and i had to cancel our session because of the mix up. know i could be upset, and just sink down into the "why me" syndrome. I have been pouring libations for at least 20 years all over the country and personally. Libations for me is a process of remembering, and connecting or re-connecting to not only the Spirit but everything around us . In this book the world famous revolutionary Che' who came to fame as a major player in the  Cuban revolution , described the concept of true guerrilla warfare. I have for years been involved in my community as a NationBuilder, and one of the task that I took upon myself was raising boys into men. For years my house was full of young men and their friends. This brought me great joy and great pain. I have lost count of how many young warriors have passed through my house (known by many as the Gye- Nyame house). I have been blessed with the fact that many of these young people developed a love for me and affectionately called me dad or big bra. Voices from the past/ speak to us from within heart/ echoes to future/ Spirit Writing This is an exercise that I have been experimting with over the years.  This helps with my meditation .  In fact it is form of meditation. I call it Spirit writng.  I just calm my mind, put a pen in my hand and begin writing.  I don't go back or erase. Intellectually we can present idea after idea, but if we never touch the emotions all we are doing is intellectually masturbating.
