The first and most important step to finding your tribe is a deep, internal realization about the kind of person you are. To find your tribe, you must first understand who you are. You must understand what you want from life, what you must have to be happy, and what's most important to you. Your understanding will change over time, and that's okay. But in the beginning, it's important to have a clear idea of who you are and how you want to live your life. Next, you need to do some research on your people your tribal DNA. Who are they? What do they want? What do they need? Where can you find them? What platforms or places exist where they congregate? How can you communicate with them? Once you've done the research and answered these questions, it's time to put yourself out there.
