The Art of Adaptation: Unveiling the Wisdom of The Bat and The Weasels “It is wise to turn circumstances to good account.” — Aesop In the world of fables, we often find animals acting out the deepest parts of our humanity. The Bat and The Weasels , retold from the mind of Aesop and reimagined through the lens of Gye-Nyame Journey, isn’t just a tale for children—it’s a guide for those grown folks who still seek mastery. When the World Has You Cornered Here’s the setup: A bat falls to the ground and is caught by a weasel. The weasel hates birds. Breath peace in slowly/
Breath out the stress of your life/
Learn to guide axe'/

Take a breath in and allow your body to extract the life force energy that is there. The life energy is known by many names but I use the term ax'e. I just like how it rolls off my tongue, but more importantly it connects me back to my culture. today blog is very simple if you want relief from stress learn how to breath. Take some time and just Breath in and out slowly feeling the energy flow through your body. Here's another challenge, imagine that when you breath in slowly that you are pulling in energy. This energy can be any color that you choose. Just imagine that with your inhale that you can guide this energy into any part of your body that you choose. Allow it to flow in and feel your body. When you realese imagine the stress leaving with it. Continue this process for a few minutes and I gurantee that you will feel better no matter the ailment. So make sure you breath and free yourself from some of the madness that may surround you.
