The Art of Adaptation: Unveiling the Wisdom of The Bat and The Weasels “It is wise to turn circumstances to good account.” — Aesop In the world of fables, we often find animals acting out the deepest parts of our humanity. These creatures, symbols of instinct and survival, carry lessons older than time itself. The Bat and The Weasels , retold from the mind of Aesop and reimagined through the lens of Gye-Nyame Journey, isn’t just a tale for children—it’s a guide for those grown folks who still seek mastery. When the World Has You Cornered Here’s the setup: A bat falls to the ground and is caught by a weasel. The weasel hates birds. So the bat, slick with the tongue, says, “I’m not a bird—I’m a mouse.” The weasel lets him go. Later, the same bat falls again. This time, a different weasel catches him. But this weasel hates mice. So what does the bat say? “I’m not a mouse—I’m a bird.” And he gets set free again. Now, you could say the bat was being dishonest. But hold on. Let’s go de...

The winds of life always hit, blowing upon us, slowing us down and some times it may speedi us up. We need to learn how to make it through these winds. Building our stamina and shooting for the stars. Making preparation for these winds allow us to chart our course on this journey. By preparing we know how and when to push against the winds to get to our destination.
These winds can not be avoided, they were designed into the very universe we get our life from. They test our worthines. These winds wear upon us, and it is in our weakest moments that our true Self is able to shine and we make the" break throughs" necessary on this journey. Sometimes we must make adjustments, and for a moment it may feel as if your journey has ended in failure, but that is just an illusion. It is nothing but a momentary storm of life that you simply have to push through or maybe wait out.
The biggest danger for us happens when the winds begin to blow in our favor. We make it to our destination  in record time, and sometimes we can get big headed, and start to believe that it was our skill that got us their, but the fact of the matter is that we caught a good wind. But not to worry because on a future journey the winds will blow against you again. Either way we need to learn acceptance of what is, and not take it personal. The winds of life are just that winds, and we can accept that fact we can push through and flow with them as they come, and not take it personal.
Peace & 1hunidyears
