Daily Toast- Kuumba 41171 (Warrior Diet)

Peace FAM
We are approaching the launch date of the 21 Day Nguzo Saba Challenge, and I am getting hyped. I not only get to share "That Ambrosia" with my family, I get to share simple information that can change peoples lives. Today I focus on the Warrior Diet, and why it should be applied. Intermitten fasting is natural for human beings, and very healthy when applied properly. The goal of the warrior diet is to get your body to burn the best fuel, which is the fat that may be causing you trouble. By applying yourself it is possible that you will be able to drop a pound a week, by just changing when you eat. When you add the African Heritage diet, Axe' breath, daily healthy toast and the light workout taught to you for the challenge, we are talking life change.  So the only thing i can say is let's build!!!
