The Art of Adaptation: Unveiling the Wisdom of The Bat and The Weasels “It is wise to turn circumstances to good account.” — Aesop In the world of fables, we often find animals acting out the deepest parts of our humanity. These creatures, symbols of instinct and survival, carry lessons older than time itself. The Bat and The Weasels , retold from the mind of Aesop and reimagined through the lens of Gye-Nyame Journey, isn’t just a tale for children—it’s a guide for those grown folks who still seek mastery. When the World Has You Cornered Here’s the setup: A bat falls to the ground and is caught by a weasel. The weasel hates birds. Umoja Toast - (sample)The Nature Of Umoja

What is the nature of Umoja? Umoja in Swahili means unity, to be one with another. Is it possible to be one with another and still maintain your individuality? I believe so. You might ask, how can you be one with another and still maintain your individuality? The only way this is possible is by expanding your idea of who you are. I am not my body. My body is not me. I am a soul entity that uses my body to interact in this reality. My true self exists within my soul. My soul or spirit is my real self; it has no shape and cannot be seen by the naked eye. If a person loses their sense of being a soul entity then they become imbalanced and disconnected from their realness and true self. This causes them to lose their sense of true identity, as well as their ability to relate to other people in a natural way. They feel alone and isolated from others, which leads them to develop many bad habits such as addictions, unhealthy relationships, depression and other negative behaviors that feed off each other like a cancerous growth until they eventually destroy the individual completely.
