Stop Staring at the Finger—The Stars Belong to Us

Image
Stop Staring at the Finger—The Stars Belong to Us Listen to this Episode Let’s stop playing small, Tribe. Look around. A lot of us are exhausted, running on empty, trapped in a cycle of being mad at the system, sad about the state of our blocks, and scared of what’s coming next. We think we're doing the work because our calendars are packed, our digital planners are color-coded, and we’re checking off boxes on our daily hustle. But here is the hard truth we have to face today: You are mistaking the instrument for the destination. The Sukuma people of Tanzania dropped a profound mirror in front of our faces: "I pointed out the stars and moon to you, but all you saw was the tip of my finger." Every daily routine, every martial arts stance, every clean meal, and every self-mastery tool laid out in the Player’s Pyramid isn't the final victory. They are just fingers pointing to the sky. The real goal? Absolute spiritual sovereignty and the complete elevation of our nation...

Cerebro Playlist (Storm9000)

Image
I woke up to a pleasent surprise. Brother Storm9000 dropped a sneak peak album on sound cloud. He is working on his Cerebro Playlist. I am looking forward to the realese in late June. He has dropped four short tracks that let you know that he still got the magic touch. Unfortunately I don't have the name of the artist on these tracks except brother Malik on track 4. These four tracks are the harnbinger of the heat that Storm9000 will be dropping this summer, so take some time listen and support one of Columbus's best. In fact I will say that Storm9000 is one of the best in the world. Taking a minute and listen to the sample and I am sure that you will be excited for the summer release like I am. Cerebro Playlist

I am  a Hip-Hop Philosopha and Spiritualist this means that I have a unique way of seeing the world, and the way it runs. I have the pleasure of being part of a culture that does not mind borrowing. In Hip-Hop we have always borrowed the best and created something greater. You can see it in the fashion world, in art, dance, and music just to name a few areas of life where this culture as been a big influence. Growing up in this culture and developing the mindstate that goes with it, has opened many doors for me, and has created what you are reading today. In philosophy, and spirituality I have only done what my culture has guided me to do. Just like the DJ who would mix the old with the older and create something new, I did the same. When I developed Gye-Nyame and all of the other organizations before that I was motivated and inspired by the vibe of creating something useful from old ignored elements, and changing the world. Like that DJ I was able to look at the gosp...
