The Weight of False Loyalty: Stripping Down Ujima We’ve been sold a lie wrapped in cultural pride, and it is breaking our backs. For generations, the Black experience in America has glorified obligatory suffering. We’ve been conditioned to wear the titles of "Strong Black Man" and "Strong Black Woman" like badges of honor, when in reality, they are often just heavy yokes of trauma. We take on the "Black Tax," assuming the debts, the drama, and the dysfunction of everyone in our bloodline and our zip code. We mistake trauma-bonding for true tribal building, and it keeps us completely anchored in the lower frequencies of being Mad, Sad, and Scared. Cerebro Playlist (Storm9000)

I woke up to a pleasent surprise. Brother Storm9000 dropped a sneak peak album on sound cloud. He is working on his Cerebro Playlist. I am looking forward to the realese in late June. He has dropped four short tracks that let you know that he still got the magic touch. Unfortunately I don't have the name of the artist on these tracks except brother Malik on track 4. These four tracks are the harnbinger of the heat that Storm9000 will be dropping this summer, so take some time listen and support one of Columbus's best. I am  a Hip-Hop Philosopha and Spiritualist this means that I have a unique way of seeing the world, and the way it runs. I have the pleasure of being part of a culture that does not mind borrowing. In Hip-Hop we have always borrowed the best and created something greater. You can see it in the fashion world, in art, dance, and music just to name a few areas of life where this culture as been a big influence.
