The Hammer and the Vision: Wielding Double Creativity in the Season of Faith We are deep in the final stretch of 2025, Fam. Can you feel it? The air is thick right now. It’s not just the winter chill; it’s the vibration of completion. We are walking through the 7th Cycle, the season of Imani (Faith) , and we are marching toward the Great Restoration. But today? Today the fractal of time is doing something special. If you look at the map of time, the math is shouting at us. Here we are, standing in the Year of Kujichagulia (Self-Determination) —where we define ourselves and speak for ourselves. We are swimming in the Cycle of Imani —believing in our victory with all our hearts. But here is where it gets interesting: We are in the Week of Kuumba (Creativity) , and today, specifically, is the Day of Kuumba . That’s a "Double-Dose" of Creativity. A double shot of that creative spark. Now, I know what the world tells you creativity looks like. They tell you it’s adding more paint ...

Daily Toast- Nia 33171 (PURPOSEFUL SUFFERING AKA CONSCIOUS SUFFERING)

"Say the Knowledge holders, true home is the place from which the sun breaks" Fam, it has been a busy 48 hours, as you can see I had to work over time to get you this video, and I am still running behind. I have started to focus all my post for 7 days on a proverb or story, and up above is the proverb of this week.  Dealing with suffering consciously, denying ourselves for the greater good, and moving toward freedom requires us to suffer. We are here for a time, and we have a mission to complete. This requires us to suffer from time to time. Always being able to reflect back on our Nia will help you/us pull through. Checkout the video and let me k...

"That Death Eating Ambrosia"

Image
As I sit here writing this post I am listening to Miles Davis, and to get some inspiration to write this post,  I picked up "African Openings To The Tree Of life" by Erskine Peters. When that didn't work I thumbed through my Aesop Fables, and now I am able to push through and complete this project. You are probably wondering what does all of those things that I mentioned have to do with the "Death Eater Ambrosia"? Actually everything, all of the individuals I mentioned up above left something very important and that thing is a legacy. I being a NationBuilder, and also being on and in the Journey realize the importance of legacy . It is the mark that we leave to let others know that we were here, and hat we accomplished something in the game of life. Helping others is why I created "That Ambrosia", Legacy is why I write and do my podcast. I am striving to leave a mark. I want my children to be able to look back and know that I left them and their childr...
