Peace FAM: On this episode after we complete the toast, we talk about the power of a cold shower, and how it can help you reach some of your health goals. Although most of us only think about cold water as the knob in the bathroom that is only used to cool down the the hot water for our showers. Cold water has many healing benefits, and is a energizer. most importantly it helps our lymphatic system get rid of some the poisons that our piling up in our bodies. Most importantly we discuss how our belief in the comforts of life's may be the biggest hindrance. Our comforts may be our biggest enemy, that is holding us back from achieving our greatness.
