Stop Bowing to the Weather: The Raw Science of Self-Determination

Stop Bowing to the Weather: The Raw Science of Self-Determination Let’s stop playing games with our potential. Too many of our people are walking through life functioning as pure biological thermometers—measuring the temperature of the room, absorbing the trauma of the environment, and letting outside chaos dictate their blood pressure, their peace, and their bank accounts. When the block is hot, you panic. When the system acts according to its design, you crash out in despair. When society screams scarcity, you download the fear and replay it at your own dinner table. That is not living; that is reacting. That is letting the scenery convince you that it’s driving the car. On this sacred day of Kujichagulia (Self-Determination), wrapped in the sovereign frequency of royal Indigo, the ancestors hand us an uncompromising reality check: "I determine my destination; the environment is just the scenery." The terrain in America is real. The redlined districts, the hostile courtroom...

From Victory to Momentum: My Next 21-Day Challenge

Image
Peace, Tribe! I just came out of a 21-day fast , and let me tell you—I’m on a high! My mind is clear, my body feels lighter, and my spirit is in alignment. I’m celebrating this victory because it’s a big deal. Discipline is no small feat, and when you walk through the fire and come out stronger, you need to recognize it. But here’s the thing—this high isn’t something I want to come down from. So, I’m stepping right into my next 21-day challenge . Why? Because momentum is a gift, and when the energy is flowing, you don’t stop—you build. This next challenge is about keeping that clarity, pushing myself further, and re-dedicating to the principles that keep me grounded in the Gye-Nyame Journey . This ain’t just about me, though. I’m sharing this because I want you to walk with me. Let’s grow together. Let’s elevate. Let me break it down for you. 21 Days of Re-Commitment These next 21 days are about getting back to the practices that define who we are as a tribe. Gye-Nyame isn’t just somet...

From Intermittent Fasting To Prolonged Fasting

Peace Fam: I am on day 3 of my detox fast. I am of course drinking "That Ambrosia", "That Ambrosia Vinagar", "That Ginseng Ambrosia", water, chloroxygen, coconut oil, red palm oil, and coconut water. I feel good, and I feel the process of renewal. I really don't know how long I am going to do this fast, but i am at the point where the fast begins to be all down hill. After 3 days of fasting I usually feel that I am able to go for another 3-4 days. My goal is to give my entire body time to reset, and to remember what it means to be hungry. I want to be able to harness that feeling and apply it to my videos, podcast, and writing. I have found that I am not hungry I just want to eat, and I had a few close calls. This is a true test of my Kujichagulia, so let's see how far I can take it. It is good to get out of our comfort zone, and eating has always been a comfort for me. Food has always been availiable to me. So to be around my kids and friends th...

It is time that we stop living our lives according to other peoples rules. Especially when those others base their economic growth on your failure. Stop wasting the little bit of time you have on this earth making others reality better, future secure. Let's begin to plug into our true power and unleash it on the world. This is exactly why I have developed the challenge . I have spent my life watching my people struggle under others banners, we learned the language and that wasn't eno...
