From Victory to Momentum: My Next 21-Day Challenge

Image
Peace, Tribe! I just came out of a 21-day fast , and let me tell you—I’m on a high! My mind is clear, my body feels lighter, and my spirit is in alignment. I’m celebrating this victory because it’s a big deal. Discipline is no small feat, and when you walk through the fire and come out stronger, you need to recognize it. But here’s the thing—this high isn’t something I want to come down from. So, I’m stepping right into my next 21-day challenge . Why? Because momentum is a gift, and when the energy is flowing, you don’t stop—you build. This next challenge is about keeping that clarity, pushing myself further, and re-dedicating to the principles that keep me grounded in the Gye-Nyame Journey . This ain’t just about me, though. I’m sharing this because I want you to walk with me. Let’s grow together. Let’s elevate. Let me break it down for you. 21 Days of Re-Commitment These next 21 days are about getting back to the practices that define who we are as a tribe. Gye-Nyame isn’t just somet...

The Downside Of Hope

Image
Be careful of hope peddlers that will sell you on the power of hope alone. Hope to become active needs the power of our courage to bring it to life, or it will become poisonous and destroy us. So in all your wishing, praying, meditating, and hoping make sure that you include a dash of courage to move you to action. Nuff said Peace and 1hunid years

This particular saying is one that I developed through my youngest sun. He rises early with me and seems to never have a problem rising no matter what time I awaken him. One day he was moving slower than usual and this statement came out.

This one was inspired by a Nordic Myth. I was recently listening to some book by an author by the name of Neil Gaiman. The titles in the order of my reading were Anasi Boys, which was so good that I decided to purchase American Gods. This was an excellent listen. Now to the picture, in American Gods, one of the lead characters was name Wednesday, and as you read you found out that he was Odin. In the story Odin was described as a god that "Sacrificed himself, to Himself", and I like that Idea and it sparked this thought that hit me at 2:49 am 10-27-14... Here you go:
