Results from the Global Coherence Monitoring System – A Case Example from the Middle East www.glcoherence.org Send to a Friend Dear Ha2tim, The world saw many changes in the first half of 2011 , including a record number of tornadoes, extreme weather, unprecedented flooding, earthquakes (the biggest was in March in Japan followed by a tsunami), numerous volcanic eruptions and ongoing social unrest in the Middle East. All these events suggest that we are in a time of energy influx and increasing change. And most of this can be correlated with the Sun’s increasing activity during the start of upswing of Solar Cycle 24. Several of the solar and earthly displays have been spectacular to look at. For example, space weather announced a magnificent eruption on June 7th, coming from the magnetic fields above sunspot complex 1226-1227.
