The Art of Adaptation: Unveiling the Wisdom of The Bat and The Weasels “It is wise to turn circumstances to good account.” — Aesop In the world of fables, we often find animals acting out the deepest parts of our humanity. These creatures, symbols of instinct and survival, carry lessons older than time itself. The Bat and The Weasels , retold from the mind of Aesop and reimagined through the lens of Gye-Nyame Journey, isn’t just a tale for children—it’s a guide for those grown folks who still seek mastery. When the World Has You Cornered Here’s the setup: A bat falls to the ground and is caught by a weasel. The weasel hates birds. So the bat, slick with the tongue, says, “I’m not a bird—I’m a mouse.” The weasel lets him go. Later, the same bat falls again. This time, a different weasel catches him. But this weasel hates mice. Sinking feeling

As your boat of life/
Hits rough water hold on tight/
And enjoy the ride/

This Ha2ku hit me as I  was dealing with a personal life issue. I cant help but to wonder when will I make it through this storm, but then I remembered that the storms may never stop, but that is OK, because with each passing storm I get stronger and better able to handle my Ship (life). I just remember who I am my purpose and realize it is not supposed to be easy. So I just look in my mirror and remind myself of these things, and work my ship until I make it to calmer seas knowing that someday another storm will come and because of this storm I'm in right now I am prepared.
So if you are struggling in a storm of your own. Batten down the hatches and sail your boat through; do your "mirror exercise" (check blog about it any question hit me up) and remind yourself of why you are here and where you are going and most importantly how much you love yourself and you will not sink. Trust me I have been there a few thousand times (not 10000 yet but I'm approaching it....hahahaha)
