We often hear that "seeing is believing," but for those of us walking the Gye-Nyame Journey, we know the truth is exactly the opposite. If you only move based on what you can see in front of you, you are trapped by your current circumstances. In today’s episode, we break down the vibration of Imani (Faith) and why it is coded with the color Red . When life seems to hard/
Reflect on struggles in past/
Ancestors will guide/

When I am going through hard times I try to reflect on my ancestors. I remember what they went through and my problems seem to shrink. They don't go away or vanish, but they shrink to something that is manageable. Looking at our past, and what our ancestors went through humbles us. It reminds us that the problems we face can be conquered. Our ancestors have left us blueprints in the stories they left us. Look into the past by finding the stories. Not just in the library, but take some time
and learn from the mouth of some of your elders. It will surprise you how well some of  them can weave a tell. It may surprise you what you will learn about your own family.
Our gift to the future is the stories we are living now. Our children will go through hard times as well. Make your story the one that is told to help get your  great grands through.
