The Myth of the Perfect Pioneer: Why Our Path to Unity is Supposed to Look Crooked Let’s stop lying to ourselves. We love to judge the architecture of a bridge while standing safely on the other side, completely forgetting who had to swallow the dirt to build it. An old Akan proverb drops a heavy truth on our laps today: "The one who cuts a path does not know that behind him it is crooked." When you are the first one out in the wilderness hacking through the dense, thorny brush of systemic oppression, generational trauma, and economic redlining, you aren't walking a straight line. You are fighting for survival. Your focus is entirely on the next swing of the machete. Your steps will look jagged, raw, and unpolished. I have linked this video to one of my older blogs, because what they call chi we call axe' so watch and let me know what you think.

Check out this video. I know I am on a Kung Fu kick right now, but I love that movie. It helped shape who I am today. So parents be careful of what your kids are watching or they could grow up to be a selfMastery Coach. hahahahahaa

Breath peace in slowly/
Breath out the stress of your life/
Learn to guide axe'/

Take a breath in and allow your body to extract the life force energy that is there. The life energy is known by many names but I use the term ax'e. I just like how it rolls off my tongue, but more importantly it connects me back to my culture. today blog is very simple if you want relief from stress learn how to breath. Take some time and just Breath in and out slowly feeling the energy flow through your body. Here's another challenge, imagine that when you breath in slowly that you are pulling in energy. This energy can be any color that you choose. Just imagine that with your inhale that you can guide this energy into any part of your body that you choose. Allow it to flow in and feel your body. When you realese imagine the stress leaving with it. Continue this process for a few minutes and I gurantee that you will feel better no matter the ailment. So make sure you breath and free yourself from some of the madness that may surround you.
