And yes—I’m including myself. Let’s Start With the Mirror I’ve got to confess something. I’ve been guilty. Guilty of being reactionary. Guilty of falling into the trap of conservatism. Guilty of romanticizing the past. Guilty of looking at our young people and calling them “soft”—as if we were born warriors, as if we didn’t have to become who we are through fire, failure, and guidance. My body is my temple and I care for it by healthy eating, healthy living, and exercise.
I was born for a Purpose and I live my life on Purpose.
I was born for the New millennium, and I will change the world by first changing my Self.

I have been pouring libations for at least 20 years all over the country and personally.
