https://www.spreaker.com/episode/the-golden-path--69809303 Are You Just Busy, or Are You On Purpose? Most of us spend our days reacting to the world around us. We move from task to task, but at the end of the day, there’s a nagging feeling that something is missing. That "something" is the vibration of Nia. In today’s episode, we discuss why having a purpose is more than just a personal goal—it is a community obligation. We touch on the "Unbalanced Seven" and how they rob us of our potential, and we look at the specific African tradition of restoring our people to greatness. If you feel like you’re running in place, this conversation is the shift you’ve been waiting for. But the real secret lies in how you apply it to your own territory. Steaming Journey-Get to the Root steamed salad

I have been steaming food like crazy, so much so that I burned out my little used steamer and had to return to the thrift store to buy another one. Got what seems like a better model for $7.
On the day I created this meal I was under pressure and felt a need to get to the root of some of my problems. I just received a lawsuit in the mail, and felt disconnected. I went in the house and decided to get to the root of my problem through my meal as well as with my thoughts. so I grabbed everything in my fridge that was connected with roots. This is a steamed root salad:
yam
white potatoes
onions
beets
and seasone to taste with sea salt, braggs aminoes, applecider vinegar, rosemary pepper, and some other herb mixes. I followed with some OXYwater was a good meal and excellent lunch the next day. Try out my little meal and let me know what you think. try it and let me know what you think.
