Conflict resolution

To work through conflict/
we must open up our hearts/
To other folks pain/

By opening our hearts during the midst of conflict we open an opportunity for all involved to grow. We have been taught to shut down, but doing that can be counter productive. By shutting down we limit how we can respond and miss a beautiful opportunity to promote growth to others.
