Delete the 'Mad/Sad' Program: Why Your Outrage Is Keeping You Unbroken

Delete the 'Mad/Sad' Program: Why Your Outrage Is Keeping You Unbroken Let’s stop playing games: half of us are addicted to our own suffering. We wake up, open our phones, and actively look for something to make us furious or leave us feeling hopeless. We wear our outrage like a badge of honor and parade our grief around like proof of our commitment to the culture. That isn't commitment. It's an emotional trap, and it’s draining your *axĂ©* until you have zero fuel left to build a damn thing. We have been conditioned to stay locked in reactive loops—perpetually **Mad** at broken systems or collapsed in **Sad** over historical heartbreaks and personal betrayals. This emotional clutter leaves you fragmented, exhausted, and easily manipulated. You become a puppet to every algorithm and street-corner disrespect that comes your way. Simba/Simsa Fundraiser

Dear Friend  and Family:

We are in the final days of our fundraiser. For those who don’t know, we are raising funds to take our young people to Simsa/Simba camp goto http://www.rescuereleaserestore.org/
Follow the link and get more info about the camping experience and the organization. This year we set a goal to be able to take 30 boys and 10 girls to Simba/Simsa camps. The cost for each youth is $350 including camp, transportation to Dixon, Illinois, and the annual reunion in February.
With all the work we have found ourselves $1300 short. To make up the the shortfall we will be having a fish fry from 6-9pm on Friday 6-19-15 @ The Millennium Community School of 3500 Refugee road, columbus, Oh 43232. Each plate will be $10 dollars and we will also be selling pop. Come out to support and have a good time with us. If you can’t make it you can still support us by going to https://www.crowdrise.com/simbacol/fundraiser/Ha2tim
and donate. Remember that “your small change can make a large change in the community”. Every little bit can help. All money goes directly to the Umbrella organization called Rescue, Release, and Restore. Please do what you can.
