Peace Fam:

I have struggled to get this video out to you, before the due time. I am hoping that you are getting some get information as well as recieving some inspiration to add a morning ritual and routine to your life. You may not believe it, but you will begin seeing immediate benefits, but you have to learn how to look, most of us just overlook the small stuff, and in some cases that is good, but in the process of SelfMastery keep your eyes on the small stuff. For example look at this video and compare how low I am getting with my split attempts, compared to last week. Notice my energy level throughout the vlog. I am feeling more peace in my home, and that is spilling over into my career.

I know that I am asking a lot of you, but isn't that what a big brother is supposed to do. My job since you have decided to watch these videoes is to push you toward your greatness. Now stop watching and start moving as you listen. If you can't do it on YouTube download the podcast from Spreaker, and get to work.

Although getting up that early, taking a cold shower, toasting, cleaning ,working out, and meditating is difficult I believe I am worth and so are you so let's build. Watch the video and please leave a comment.
