KET.N: “Our Thang,” Our Tribe, Our Responsibility Great day, Great day, my people! It’s your brother ha2tim, and today I’m bringing you a special reflection—one that digs deep into who we are, what we build, and why we must build together. This article centers around a powerful concept: KET.N , a Kemetic term gifted to our tribe by Brother Kwame Keuchler . KET.N , simply put, means “Our Thang.” Not just something we claim—but something we commit to. Something we shape and something that shapes us. The idea came alive during a conversation about gangster movies—yeah, I love those. One phrase always stood out: “This thing of ours.” And that got me thinking... Nia Toast - The Power Of Nia (Sample)

I am a firm believer that our beliefs influence our reality. Our experiences are manifestations of our thoughts and feelings. I have been living in and on Nia for many years now and it continues to expand my awareness about what I truly want versus what I think I want. It has made me more aware of the choices in my life, which ultimately create my reality. Nia has taught me to be more in the present moment and to not let the past or future rule my day-to-day life. I used to be full of negative self-talk and limiting beliefs that created an abundance of fear in my life. After practicing Nia, I have become more aware of these negative thoughts and learned how to replace them with positive thoughts that serve me better. All of this is done without even thinking about it or making these changes consciously. When you are open and allow this movement to happen, your body will guide you through all of it. Nia is a powerful tool for transformation – it helps you tap into your inner abilities for healing and wellness, so you can experience a higher quality of life on many levels."
