A shot of "That Ambrosia" & 5 Reason To Take A Daily A Cold Shower

Great Imani during this week of Ujima. Man we have made it to the end of another week in another a cycle, and I am glad to be of service to you. Right now we are talking about the effects of a cold shower, and if you read on you are going to be surprised, but of course I want to remind you of the power of the shot of "That Ambrosia". I am suggesting that all of you find a way to introduce a probiotic into your life. This will help you stay in the best of health. We will be talking more about the power of the microbiome in the coming weeks, but I highly suggest you add it to your "systematic process". I personally use "That Ambrosia" which is a Jun, but you will recognize the name of it's cousin "Kombucha", as my probiotic. If you are interested in adding something I will place a link for something that you can use.

For those that are interested in the book that you see me reading during my workout It is called "The Art Of Shen Ku", and it is one of the best books that I have ever read. It teaches a little bit of everything, when I say everything I mean everything! I will post a link to it so that you can click and get the book. Now to the article....

As someone who has taken a daily cold shower, I'm not going to lie: they're pretty miserable. On the other hand, there are some scientifically backed benefits to taking a cold shower that can make it worth enduring the misery. In this post, I'll discuss these benefits and why you might want to give cold showers a shot yourself!

Cold showers boost immune function. Post-training cold showers can improve recovery time by reducing inflammation and decreasing muscle tension.

Cold showers can boost immune function, improve mood, and even help you lose weight. In fact, cold

Great Book

showers are the secret to health and happiness for many people. Here are five amazing reasons to take a daily cold shower:

  • Cold showers stimulate the nervous system and increase circulation. They also reduce inflammation and muscle tension after exercise or physical activity. This helps with recovery time so that your body will be ready for more physical activity again soon!

  • Cold showers also improve your ability to sleep better at night because they reduce anxiety levels as well as blood pressure (which is good news if you have high blood pressure). All of these things make it easier for you to fall asleep faster without worrying about things during the day; so even though getting up early might not seem like much fun sometimes – by taking a quick shower first thing in morning before heading off somewhere else – this little bit of extra effort on our part can really make all kinds difference later on down road when we need get back into bed after spending long hours away from home which may include working late hours somewhere else etcetera...

Cold showers increase alertness and wakefulness.

Not only are you likely to feel happier and more confident, but you'll also have a much easier time keeping your mind focused on the task at hand. A cold shower has been shown to increase alertness, wakefulness, heart rate and blood flow—all of which contribute to a boosted metabolism and body temperature. You'll feel more energized than ever as well as experience an increase in dopamine and norepinephrine (the neurotransmitters responsible for happiness).

Regular cold showers may lead to weight loss.

A study from the University of Murcia in Spain found that cold showers can help stimulate brown fat, which is an important type of fat that burns calories to produce heat. This type of fat only exists in animals and not humans, so if you're not using your brown fat to keep warm now, it's never too late to start!

Probiotic & Prebiotic

The researchers found that participants who took cold showers for at least 30 seconds a day for four weeks had higher levels of brown adipose tissue (BAT). BAT converts stored fatty acids into heat energy. This means when you take a cold shower, your body may burn more calories than it normally would during regular activities like exercise or even sleeping!

This might seem like a lot of work just to lose weight... but consider this: A recent study by Harvard researchers found that people who took daily cold showers lost more weight than those who didn't!

Studies have shown that a single exposure to cold temperatures stimulates the production of brown adipose tissue, or brown fat — a type of fat that generates heat by burning other types of fat (i.e. white fat). Brown fat is thought to be beneficial because it helps the body burn calories and stay warm, but it has only recently been discovered in humans rather than animals, so more research is needed to understand the role it plays in the human body.

  • Brown fat is found in the neck and upper back, particularly in infants and hibernating mammals.

We even got the babies meditating

  • It generates heat by burning white fat, a form of body tissue that stores energy.

  • Brown fat has only recently been discovered in humans.

Cold showers may help reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. One study found that exposing people who suffer from mental illness to cold temperatures was effective at reducing both depression and anxiety symptoms without negative side effects after 10 days.

More research is needed to understand the role of brown fat in the human body, but scientists believe that this type of fat is extremely important for our health because it helps regulate metabolism, which means it could potentially affect diseases like diabetes, heart disease and obesity by controlling blood sugar levels by burning more calories than other types of fat do. If you have a medical condition that requires you to keep track of your blood sugar levels (such as diabetes), talk with your doctor before beginning any exercise program including cold showers or saunas.

Conclusion

So, try taking a cold shower! Not only will it help you wake up in the morning, but it may also boost your immune system, reduce inflammation and muscle pain after exercise or injury. You’ll feel refreshed and ready for anything.
