I have been sitting on this exercise for a very long time, I have it avaliable on my Gumroad page but I felt that I needed to present it to the FAM one more time before we move to the next level. For years I have been experimenting with mediatation, breathing and movement in an attempt to deliver something to the tribe that could help eliminate stress, and help ease sickness. This exercise is the closest that came outside of "That Ambrosia". The breathing exercise alone is enough but I took time to add movement in this video for you.
