Peace FAM Here is another edition of the Daily Toast, This episode I am joined by my lively Daughters Shasha & GiGi. I Try to go a little deeper with the Nguzo Saba Challenge and the order of events for those that will participate. I am going to develop a checklist of things to do and you can decide for yourself how far down the rabbit whole you want to go. The deeper you go the more powerful the effect will be for you. In short each day will begin with you waking and focusing on the principle of the day, making sure that you state it aloud, and focus on what type of day it will be for you. Remember we are seeking to take control of the energy of the day and guide the symbols associated with that day in our favor. Then we will move tour our daily toast, this is an internal libations that we pour to align our body with our purpose. We start this part by drinking some water. Peace FAM I wish you a great Imani, and pray that everything is going your way. On this day we salute our ancestors and align ourselves with our other worldly allies. Keeping in mind the proverb that we are working with in this week "Let shame come upon those that would hinder the rising of the dead", I want to remind you about our short discussion from yesterday about the power of Kuumba when it comes to resurrection. Now as we move into Imani I want to stress that today's principle is what provides the fuel for resurrection. Imani is required in this process, but must be applied properly. It is beyond just believing, but carrying oneself in a way that shows that you know that resurrection is possible. When we know something, and act as if we provide the extra force required to bring something into existence. Some just believe and that is it, but faith requires action to be activated. in the process of resurrecting something we have to believe that it is possible, but...

The greatest conspiracy that is never talked about is the conspiracy of "YOU". I am here to tell you as we step into Imani, that it is important that you consider this fact. Take time to reflect on your life and recognize that everything that has happened to you good or bad has lead you to this very moment. I know many of you can't believe this because we have been condition to believe that we are little cogs in a machine called the universe, and our existence is not worthy of cosmic intervention. I am here to tell you that you are worthy, and you need to etch this idea into your mind. You need to look at the evidence called your life. Look at the things that have happened in your past, I mean even before you were born that set the stage for you. You are the star of your life, and you need to embrace this fact, and wake up and catch the hints that have been coming your way, and will continue coming your way. New Definition of Power

"On mile 3" my spreaker radio show I discussed a new definition of power but left out the connection of humbleness to true power. To be Humble = to be empty...? I have come to understand humbleness in this way from a ancient Zen story: A Zen master was being visited by someone wanting to know about Zen. Visitor began asking alot of questions. The Master served the visitor the visitor tea. As the visitor kept talking the Master kept pouring. The visitor watched the cup over flow and the tea rolled down the table into his lap. The visitor jumped and said "the cup is to full you are wasting tea everywhere!" The Master replied "like this cup you are full of your own opinions and speculations. How can I show you Zen unless you first empty your cup?" Listen to show and learn  the power of emptiness/a void.  New Definition of Power
