If you’re not at or approaching Eldership—defined in our tribe as about 55 years old and up—you might not feel all of this. Friday night Tribal Talk  (Hookah,tea, coffe, and good conversation) Why do we believe/ That people have to be on/ The same page as us/ Why do some people believe that in order for us to work together we have to be on the same page. why is this necessary? I have found that when people stress that we must be on the same page to work or even conversate what they are really telling me is that i have to think like them. This is a very limited way to see the Universe. Actually what you are dealing is in the uverse, and have cut everyone else off because you are stuck on your page. Why do we have to be on the same page? Can't we be reading the same book (speaking of books dont forget to support the Journey by purchasing some books...hahahahaa), or even be reading the in the same subject. Elder seeking answers- Part II

Image via Wikipedia Recieving visions/ from dedicated mission/ teaching by doing/ After years of dedication to her tasked. the Elder received a visit from the Spirit realm . her Ancestors through the power of the Creator came to her while asleep. Her deceased grandmother took the lead role because she would recognize her. Our Elder was amazed at the Axe' of this being it flowed around her and through her grandmother. It Shined so bright that the Elder had to cover her eyes. The ancestor then announced to the Elder that she was there to answer her question and show her the key to righting things in the world again. the Ancestor embraced the elder and took her first to see what the ancestor called a community in hell.  When they arrived the place was in total disaray. trash littered the area, nothing appeared to be taking care of. How to pour Libations

We pour libations/ to connect with all that is/ and to cleanse our hearts/ I need to start this article by stating this information is based on my personal experience. I have been pouring libations for at least 20 years all over the country and personally. Libations for me is a process of remembering, and connecting or re-connecting to not only the Spirit but everything around us . When we pour libations we are opening ourselves as well as the group to the axe ' of the entire Universe . I first must admit that I do not belong to a group, sect or religious order. I am a lay man who have made a personal connection with the world, and the spirit. By pouring Libations we strengthen these relationship. Elder focus mind/ your problems begin to fade/ contact source of all/ After years of meditation, contemplation, and analyzing the elder was on the verge of giving up his quest. She was trying to find the key to re-building a healthy community . As a last ditch effort the Elder decided to turn the matter over to her higher power. the Elder prayed night and day focusing on this one problem, and seeking the answer. Spirit Writing

Voices from the past/ speak to us from within heart/ echoes to future/ Spirit Writing This is an exercise that I have been experimting with over the years.  This helps with my meditation .  In fact it is form of meditation. I call it Spirit writng.  I just calm my mind, put a pen in my hand and begin writing.  I don't go back or erase. I try to open up my heart and let what comes out hit the page.  Here is an example:   "Ancestral intervention will come when we least expect it.  Our ancestors surround us and fill up all the space around us.  Open yourself up so that you can feel their presence. Listen and you can hear them trying to talk to you about things that are and things that will come.  Drop your training, you have been educated not to hear them, open your mind and allow them access and they will expose you to an infinite amount of knowledge.  they will give you the keys to the kingdom.  Why hesitate do you not know that ...
