Spirit Writing

This is an exercise that I have been experimting with over the years.  This helps with my meditation.  In fact it is form of meditation. I call it Spirit writng.  I just calm my mind, put a pen in my hand and begin writing.  I don't go back or erase. I try to open up my heart and let what comes out hit the page.  Here is an example:

 "Ancestral intervention will come when we least expect it.  Our ancestors surround us and fill up all the space around us.  Open yourself up so that you can feel their presence. Listen and you can hear them trying to talk to you about things that are and things that will come.  Drop your training, you have been educated not to hear them, open your mind and allow them access and they will expose you to an infinite amount of knowledge.  they will give you the keys to the kingdom.  Why hesitate do you not know that you are not alone in this world.  We have never or will we ever abandon you.  You abandon us.  Out of fear you leave us and stop listening to the wisdom that would set you free.  Your doubt has built a wall between our worlds and if you give us permission we will tear that wall down and build a monument to our unity that will be talked about till the end of time.  My child do you not remember us talking you threw your creation.  Do you not remember us singing to you in the womb.  Do you not remember us rescuing you in your darkest moments of despair.  We are writing for you to wake up to our call.  We know what you have been through, we know what you will go through, allow us to guide you to your magnificent destiny.  Fear not, doubt not, we will appear to you once again in splendor and you will have no reason to fear or doubt anymore.  We know your mind has been warped by this world, but we need you to know that it is not real.  That it is a small reality in the total continuum of things.  The world is designed to keep you in a savge state, and we want to take you from the darkness that surrounds you and put you in the Blaackness of life.  We have spoken to you through your poetry, we have spoken through you in your speeches, we have revealed a whole new way of existence and all you have to do is walk in it,  and all things will be revealed to you and laid at your feet.  Where is your courage, where is your heart.  We will tell you it has been striped away from you and replaced artificially by the courage and the heart of the world.  Re-awaken the real you. You are the maker and shaper of reality.  All these things you already know, but again your doubt is the last chain that this world has on you. Relax your heart and mind and trust in us for we trust in you.  We know that you will open up to us.  You do that by doing what you know.  Live what you know and we will go before you and prepare the way.  We will knock down every obsticle.  Take time  to do what you are doing now, and consult us.  It's not hard just open your heart and we will flow through.  Allow us to move you through it by doing.  You know what's right, you know what you must do, Teach. Teach even if no one is listening, we will bring the people.  If you have to teach the trees, rocks, empty space, we will feel it with the heart and minds of the people.  You will attract those that vibe as you you vibrate you will attract people of all groups of all ages and you will fufill your destiny."
