Peace FAM: Today I am feeling under the weather, but in these times this is when I must push on. I understand that because I have chosen to change, obstacles will appear. I have changed my diet, I have changed my sleep pattern, I have changed my video making schedule, I have changed my exercise regiment, I have increased my chores, and I have increased my use of the axe' breath. With all these addition (changes) of course obstacles will pop up. I push on so that those who take the 21 Day Nguzo Saba , are part of the Tribe , or even those that drink "That Ambrosia" . Can see that we push on, as warriors. We will get sick, we will get talked about, we will be hated and hindered but we move on. We learn to change our perception and see this obstacles as steps to our greatness. Checkout the video and let me know what you think.

Peace FAM: We will look at sex today, and discuss how it can become a point of contention, as well as a powerful tool to move you toward your goal. When seeking SelfMastery, as well as Nationbuilding all aspects of our lives need to help us move toward our goals. Especially those that are necessities, like eating, and sex. It is incredible to me that people will move toward change and leave the same old attitudes about sex in place. Sex is one of the most powerful things that we do in our life time. We literally create life during this act, but we neglect it when it comes to changing our lives. You can create the best life in the bedroom, as well as erect your own private hell. We have to be wise enough to use all of the tools we have been given on our journey to greatness. To overlook the major necessities of life is like trying to build a house with no hammer. Peace FAM: We will continue to talk about self deception today, and how our misdirected Imani can hinder our growth. I didn't get to talk about the placebo and nocebo effect, but these play a major part when we start discussing Imani and SelfMastery. Knowing about these can help you break through some of the illusion that have been erected to prevent you becoming the best you. Peace FAM: This is going to be short one, but we need to be aware of self deception, that can come with us exercising the power of Kuumba.

Peace FAM: Nia is purpose as you all know by now, and it is important that we begin existing on purpose. It appears to me that for the last century, we have carried on as if we are stumbling through life. Of course their have been some bright spots but for some reason we have refused to pick up the flame of those times. It appears that we like groveling in the dark, waiting for luck to drop us an opportunity. Ladies and gentlemen their is no luck, either we change our position or we will stay stuck, and when society no longer needs us we will be discarded upon the trash heap of history. Only remembered because our enemies will have constructed false monument to salute our people. I for one will work against this. I have for the last 20 years  been working on developing organizations, plans, and etc., to help set my people free, but I am beginning to understand that just because you look like me does not mean that you are of me. Peace FAM: It is time for us to begin looking at the world with new eyes. Understanding GNJ's 567 system and applying it to your life will change the world for you. We are suffering because we have been miseducated about ourselves. We are taught about all the limits, and thrust into a world not of our or our ancestors making. As African people we have existed on the periphery of this world long enough, and it is time for us to grab the cover of our culture. Culture is the soul of a people, and a people without soul are zombies. Walking the earth soulless doing the bidding of their masters. The recent addition of zombies eating brains, and as brainless consumers is recent to the zombie lore. The original concept of a zombie was someone that was put up under a curse and was forced to serve. Although the brainless consumer was a great addition. We are caught in the zombie zone, serving others with no benefit to ourselves, but it is now time for us to change this paradigm. Today is t

Peace FAM: Today during Ujima we need to look at the principle of Righteousness . Righteousness is the quality of being morally right or justifiable. Now let's look at this principle from our cultural lense, and take it out the realm of universal morality. This whole universal movement does not benefit us because the Universe in which it takes place is not ours. It is important that we begin to shift our sight to look at all of our principles, and really everything else from our cultural lense. This is important because it helps create a new frame or story that we exist in. At this moment FAM you are immersed in a Universe that is not your own. This limits your power and makes you a servant to the whom ever universe you are in. As a people, but first as individuals we have to change our vibration  to fit into our Universe. The Universe that our ancestors created for themselves, as well as for their children. Until we do this we will forever get Righteousness twisted. At this point

I am telling you family, when you take the 21 Nguzo Saba Challenge  you will be blessed each day with new information that will begin just popping up. You will be watching videos and out of the blue you will be hit by the principle that you are focused on. You will begin to be able to extract your principles out of articles, books, discussions, and etc.. Peace FAM In my book "The Player's Pyramid" I describe life as a game, and state that those that know the rules win the game. Today I want to go a little deeper, FAM  the game appears to be unfair to us because we are not playing. It appears that we are not even attempting to compete. By us surrendering to our competition we are throwing the whole universe out of balance. We are required to put up the best fight we possible can, and trust our ancestors. We have to begin to compete, and begin to make other groups feel uncomfortable around us. The game we are born into requires us to act as a group, and get rid of this universal man concept, we have a role and when we don't play that role we expose our future generations to servitude. Now I want to clarify the role, as Black people in America we are a group that has economic, business, political, social, educational, and warfare responsibilities. Peace, Power, and Joy FAM Umoja has swooped in upon me like a hawk, and snatched me up before I was ready. Now I am playing catch up, but I am grateful for another opportunity to greet you on this Great day. It is incredible what new information can do for you. It is like having a blind spot your whole life and someone comes around with a cure, and all of the sudden you can see of the world. I feel that another blind spot has been cleared up for me after  this weekends WHB workshop. I received information this weekend that has changed my view of the world, and if I put it to work it will change the world I'm in. Confusion is a powerful force, that cause us to mislabel and misplace things. In our confusion about our emotions we have mislabeled scared, and misplaced it in the wrong emotions group. Peace FAM: Every now and again your are forced to face some difficult facts, and have to ask yourself some difficult questions. The answers that ring back can sometimes make you sick, but that feeling if faced and embraced can bring about healing. I was hit by one of those questions this morning when I was creating this video. I had to ask who does my/our creativity serve, and the answer that reverberated into my soul was not comforting.  Our creativity has been hijacked and has been put to work to help build and maintain nations for others, and in turn destroying us. We have to do some deep soul searching to figure out how to get control of our Kuumba so that we can put it to work for us. Part of the reason I developed the Challenge  was to help people snatch control of the power that lies in them, and the power to create is something we need to definitely grasp. Our creativity is the source of our wealth, and we will never be able to get to where we need to be without it. At this

Peace FAM: Pardon the lateness, but the files with the effects are bigger than I imagined and this one took 2 hours to upload, so that throws off my time table and I have to wait for a break to post. Break time and today is moving in slow motion for me. I am struggling on the warrior diet, because my body is telling me that it wants to eat, but it is more of a want than a need. Yesterday I ate my meal, and could not finish it. This was shocking because I thought I was hungry then as well. Taming the body is a Herculean task but I am up for it. I know you are reading this wondering what does the warrior diet have to do with today's topic. I am discovering that I am eating to feel emotional lacks in my life. Eating gives me a sense of comfort. Like many of you who will take the Challenge , you will begin to discover new things about yourself, and you will begin to recognize where you are wasting alot of energy. Peace FAM: The word of the day is illusion, for those that may not be familiar with this word it means "something that deceives by producing a false or misleading impression of reality". Today in my discussion about Ujima, I focus on some of the illusions that we are exposed to about the collective, and individual. We have been deluded into believing in the doctrine of the rugged individual. This rugged individual has forces himself to succeed through sheer grit and determination. He or she is a self made wo/man. Let me help you out, this type of person does not exist. Human beings are social creatures and requires the aid of others to survive, even in this modern day jungle. This illusion is weaved to help keep those oppressed trapped. They continue to feed you deluded messages about this rugged individual in hopes that you will model yourself after it. Because as rugged individuals we have no need for community, we have no need for a collective, and we have no need to con
