We are approaching the launch date of the 21 Day Nguzo Saba Challenge, and I am getting hyped. When you add the African Heritage diet, Axe' breath, daily healthy toast and the light workout taught to you for the challenge, we are talking life change.  So the only thing i can say is let's build!!!
