Stop Crying at the Musicians: Why Radical Responsibility Dictates Your Next Move

Stop Crying at the Musicians: Why Radical Responsibility Dictates Your Next Move The rhythm of the world just changed under your feet, and you are still out here trying to dance yesterday’s routine. Too many of our people are locked in a spiritual temper tantrum. We see economic ground shifting, family dynamics fracturing, and systemic currents turning against us, and our immediate, reflexive reaction is to panic, fold our arms, and cry foul. We point fingers at the band, demand the comfortable tunes of the past, and when we inevitably trip over our own feet, we retreat into the suffocating corners of blame, shame, and guilt. We act like wounded spectators in our own lives, waiting for an outside hand to change the playlist. The Ancestral Algorithm cuts that illusion down at the root: "Responsibility is the key that unlocks my collective power." What's your gears of change/
Have you built a system yet/
To guide you to goal/

Gears are perfect model for us to look at when it comes to setting up systems in our lives. Gears are seperate parts of a machine that work together to get work done. Have you identified the gears of your life? If not, you should. Take time to identify those driving forces in your life so that you can evaluate if they are helping you reach your purpose. This is a good step for those on this journey, because the worst thing that can happen is that you begin your journey only to find that you are going the wrong way. Believe it or not this is a common event. S/heroes set off on their quest only to find out they are going the wrong way, or doing an unnecessary task because a personal inventory, a checking of the gears was not performed.
Our personal gears may require for us to do some repairs before we begin our journey. Maybe we may need to replace or repair some. Have you been taking care of your body? Have you fallen into unhealthy habits? What have you been feeding your mind? What have you been feeding your spirit? How about your thought patterns? All of these things need to be explored before the journey, but if you are like me you have already started and will have to make your repairs on the way. You will go the wrong way, and you may fight the wrong battles. But hey, you are a s/hero you will make it. Just keep notes so that you can help other's on their journey.
