Gye-Nyame steam adventures II

Here is another quick meal that I put together on the fly using my $6 steamer. Actually I bought 2 of them for $11. I am changing my diet to get back in warrior shape.  So I have started steaming I will keep you up on how its working for me so that maybe if you ever need to change your diet you got something to refer to.
The meal you see is simply steamed cabbage, navy beans (steamed them earlier only took an hour let them steam while I was at work), potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, and salmon all the way at the bottom. I sesoned it with salt pepper, brags aminos, and cinnamon. When I put it in the boil I took some of the juice under the stesmer boil. Now I'm about to feast...
