The Skin & The African Sponge

Image
The Skin & The African Sponge Great Kujichaguilia in this week of Ujima. Fam I am glad to bring you something that I ran into while I was in Ghana on my trips. Once i started using it, I never went back. I have been using the African sponge for almost 20 years, and my skin looks good because of it. But before we get into the african sponge I want to look at the importance of the largest or 2nd largest organ (I believe the microbiome is bigger) the skin. "I have been using the african sponge for almost 20 years, and my skin looks good because of it." A Little About The Fast

Image
A Little About The Fast Great Umoja in the 4th cycle of 2022 in the week of Kujichagulia. Man it is great to be back, I thought that I would be able to write and create while on my fast, but No,No,No, my mind nor my body was having it. I took a break for most of the 4th cycle of Umoja. I wrote maybe two blogs so the eMag is going to be light. Today I want to cover the structure of my fast and maybe talk a little bit about why I do it. My particular fast came about because GNJ needed something to deal with our health. Being who I am, I not only wanted to set it up, I felt that it was important for me to model. Although we talk about the 4 pillars of health in our "Drink Yo Water '' song I wanted something that could help people lose weight, stop smoking, stop harmful drugs, develop healthy habits, or destroy negative ones. The #21dayNguzoSabaChallenge does that. Using the idea that it takes 21 days to create a habit I decided to use the 21 days to build up the momentum to

Let's Make Fermented Cabbage Stew & The Healing Power of Fermented Food Great Umoja, in this beautiful week of Ujima. Family I will be sharing a whole lot of shows that have some good information so be sure to tune in and watch. Many of these shows were slept on, and now I have the opportunity to go back through them and create a blog for them and bring some light on what GNJMedia has been doing for years. Tune and be sure to like and share.  Fermentation is a process that has been used for thousands of years, and it continues to be used today. In this article, we will look at the benefits of this process and how it can be used by anyone. "Fermentation can be used to control your health and body weight." The first benefit of fermentation is that it helps preserve food. If you leave your food out on the counter for too long, it will spoil and become unusable. This is because bacteria are present in our environment that can ruin our food supply if not controlled proper

Image
The Axe' Breath - 7 secret powers released by deep breathing exercises Great Kuumba: I have been sitting on this exercise for a very long time, I have it avaliable on my Gumroad page but I felt that I needed to present it to the FAM one more time before we move to the next level. Now the goal of GNJMedia has always been to bring value, and this exercise delivers in spades. If you don't watch another video of mine this is the one to check out. "This one little exercise, and the results it creates are....." For years I have been experimenting with mediatation, breathing and movement in an attempt to deliver something to the tribe that could help eliminate stress, and help ease sickness. This exercise is the closest that came outside of "That Ambrosia". The breathing exercise alone is enough but I took time to add movement in this video for you. "Learn some of the latest meditation techniques that I have been practicing to help me through my days and elimi

The Power Of Your No!!!

Image
The Power Of Your No!!! Great Ujima as we are in the the cycle of the year 2022 in the week of Kujichagulia. This video that I am sharing is a blast from the past. Look in and learn the power of your no. Stop playing with this power and begin use it to change your life. Check out the article and let us know if it helps. When you're new to saying no, it will feel uncomfortable and unnatural. You'll want to explain yourself or apologize (even if you don't mean it) just because you've been conditioned to say yes your whole life. But resist the urge! Your no is powerful enough on its own—no qualifiers or explanations needed. And trust me: There's no better feeling than realizing that an old friend doesn't have the power to control your emotions or your time anymore, simply because of something as small and insignificant as a two-letter word. The Power Of Your No!!! The power of your no is a good thing. You can say no to anything that you don’t want to do. When some

The One that Never Will Abandon You "It is only the inner head that accompanies the devotee on a long journey without turning back." The inner head is that aspect of the individual that is present in what is known,, what can be done, where one is and when one is. Presence indicates a state of beingbe, an understanding that you are an integral aspect of the one and all. Presence in knowledge suggests that your current knowledge can be expanded to include a greater comprehension of this relationship to the oneness of the all. Presence in your ability to do implies greater access to your choices and options in your given condition. Lastly, presence in where and when you are hints at an awareness of your freedom through body, mind, emotion, intuition and your ethereal natures. We have a tribal quote that summarizes this idea as “The human being’s freedom is in the inner head. "Many people lose their sense of presence, but it's a gift that needs to be discovered and nur

"This system is great because it requires us to engage with each of our principles in 7 different ways, which helps us increase our knowledge about each one, and most importantly gives us tools for success." Remember the goal of GNJMedia is to help you live the best life, and the method that we use is by helping you build a systematic process for your life.   Full Time Required Great Kujichagulia: Once again I greet you on this Kujichagulia within the 4th cycle of the year of 2022 in the week of Kujichagulia. Man o Man have I been getting insights on the other side of my fast. For those that don't know, the 21 day challenge is structured like a pyramid, and the beginning is a hard and steep climb, but once we hit the peak and start to descend we begin to get insights. This works like this for more than just the fast. Anything that you choose to use the #21DayNguzoSabaChallenge for will do the same. Just make it past the peak and you will see. "Once again I greet you on this Kujichagulia within the 4th cycle of the year of 2022 in the week of Umoja." The thought today was being full time. Family in order for us to become free we have to start building in time for us to work on our private projects. At the beginning regardless of what you are working on it will be hard, but if we stay determined we will be able to do it. We ha
