Here is a view of what goes on behind the scenes of GNJ's "That Ambrosia", come on in and  checkout part of the brewing process. For those who want to brew their own Jun, I am now able to provide SCOBYs. Hit me up also if you are interested in getting the super ginseng. This Ginseng drink will sit longer and have the root in it. This of course will be more expensive but if you know what ginseng does you know that it will be worth it. Right now this will only be available in the gallon, and half gallon, I'm still working out the price, but for those that are interested hit me up @ That Ambrosia.
