Image
Peace FAM: Today we will be talking about coconut oil and the power it has to add to our lives. The best part for me is that it is healthy fat that can be converted to energy quickly. I will be increasing the use of it in my personal life, and will be reporting on the effects that I feel. I woke up late today feeling much better and was able to take a cold bath and get into my Gye-Nyame Salutation as well as my Axe' breath. The best part about this process is that i am getting much more in tune with my body and as I grow I will share the information with you to help you along on your Journey.

Peace FAM: I must apologize for the late post. Yesterday I fell ill suddenly why I was completing my video and in the process of uploading. The pressure behind my left ear was horrible, and I took the rest of the day to rest. Now i know those that have been watching and reading are like "Brother, how can you fall sick with all of "That Ambrosia" and with you taking those supplements?" The answer is complicated, and I am still looking into it, but I have narrowed it down to some possibilities that I feel that it is important to share with those that will be taking the 21 Day Nguzo Saba challenge. On Ujamaa evening at about 5pm I indulged on a mud pie, and a strawberry pie, that was presented to the staff as a gift. I had two healthy pieces, and at the time it was good. Now for those that are doing the challenge beware of over doing your meals if you are attempting the "Warrior Diet", I figured since I had kept my diet, then the pies would not hurt me. I

Daily Toast- Ujamaa 427171 "You Are not breathing right"

Image
Peace FAM: Food is important, water is more important, but air is the true staple of life. If your air supply stops and you are dead in a few minutes. This is a fact that none can deny. This is why I wanted to do a video talking about breathing and the proper way to breath. We need to pay more attention to the breath, just mastering this one exercise and consciously breathing we can increase our health, strength, and power of our immune system. Many of us our suffering from the effects of improper breathing, and dehydration. If we water our bodies, and breath properly we can eliminate the need for many of the supplements and drugs that we are taking. Our bodies are malfunctioning because we have not been handling the basics. Breathing correctly is the key, if we perfect this skill our life would jump by leaps and bonds. When we bring air into our body it enables us to transform the food we eat into the energy that we need to make it through the day. We must become conscious of our bre

Most people in America although we are surrounded by water are not drinking enough. We are either drinking the chemically laced tap water, or we just are jumping over water altogether and slurping on all the different varieties of mud that are available to us. It

Daily Toast- Kujichagulia 425171 "Drama cont."

Image
Peace FAM: Once again I am able to stand above the ground  and greet you on this marvelous Kujichagulia. Today we toast our ancestors and continue our talk about drama. Drama in it's self is not a problem, but over dramatazation is the issue. We can not allow anyone to hijack our attention or power, and over drama does that perfectly. It is the tool of the enemy, so watch out. Keep your mind and staymoving toward your goal. We also will begin looking at some herbs and different food you may interested to adding to your personal regiment. Right now, I am working with black seed oil, palm oil, and coconut oil, and of course "That Ambrosia", I will begin talking about these products more and let you know about my personal results. Daily Toast- Umoja 424171 "Drama"

Image
Peace FAM: I hope this day finds you standing in Peace, Power, & Joy, our true natural state. Unfortunately we are bombarded with anti-virtues that strives to pull us from this natural state into a spiral that often ends in a wreck. One of these your anti-virtues that i will focus on today is "drama". Drama is an inescapable part of life, but the issue is when it is magnified, stressed upon by others, and then thrust into your existence. FAM the truth of the matter is that you do not have to buy into others over dramatization of life events. Actually it will benefit you greatly if you did not. We are surrounded by these over dramatic episodes today in ways that our ancestors never were. We are bombraded with news, timelines, comments, phone calls, tweets, photos, and etc., that strive to keep us involved and a part of needless drama. This need is driven by a lack of attention, and a lack of purpose. the drama springs up and begin to eat at the unity of the group, and eve

Daily Toast- Kuumba 422171

Peace FAM: It is a brew day, and I am far behind. I was supposed to bottle up the ambrosia last night, but I was tired and went to bed. Now I am moving slow, and trying to do the best I kind with this shifting weather. my SCOBYs are holding up but being horribly slowed down by the huge jumps in temperature. I got them bottled up, and know to post up the video and get it to you. I am slowly moving toward the point of making my first shipments outside of Columbus, and I am excited. Today we toasted this marvelous day of Kuumba, and I was able to talk a little bit more about the process of making the kombucha/jun. We also talked about the danger of misdiagnosing our emotional states. When we misdiagnose we get the wrong solution, which means we apply force in the wrong direction. This causes us to fall deeper into the whole of oppression, and moves us into a depressed state. These types of states drain our power, and moves us toward surrendering. It is important that we create situati

Peace FAM: "Greatness is forged in the heart, the heat is provided by the trials and tibulations of your life. It is shaped by the 5 tools of our being, cooled by our mastery of the 6 emotions, and formed into shape by our adherence to the 7 Principles." quote from a future book by ha2tim We are up and toasting those ancestors, I want to send shots out to all those that join me for the feed at 4:15 am est on Facebook. I am trying to let yall know that I am not playing with this. Slowly but surely we will change ourselves and by doing that we will will impact the world. Today I bottled some Ambrosia for one of the daily viewers of the Toast on FB. Those who have already placed their orders for this batch, know that you have not been forgotten. I have some of my best SCOBYs working on it as we speak. I will be bottling tonight and they will be ready by Sunday evening, depending on the weather, and how well they are breathing in the second brewing. Now today I cover to

Daily Toast- Ujamaa 420171 "Shame Is Robbing Us Blind" aka "There is nothing wrong with being a non-immigrant"

Image
Peace FAM: "Shame on you", what powerful words, these words can stop some of us in our tracks. We will hear them and start mentally reviewing our actions. Stopping all forward progress until we are able to identify the actions that may be bringing the feelings that go along with these words. Shame can drain an individual, of energy, but what can it do to a people. The feeling of shame blankets us, we feel that it is some shame in being taken advantage off, being robbed, rapped, pillaged, enslaved, and etc.. We as a group may be identifying the wrong emotion that shame comes under. Many of us would place shame under the feeling of mad, but then you must ask the next question, If you are mad then who are you mad with, and for many of us the answer will ourselves. Which is a trap, that will send you us into an endless maze. This is exactly what we have done as a group with our shame, we misdiagnose and wonder why we can't heal. We need to stop, take a breath and get honest
